Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated BCaBA who values ethical care, individualized treatment, family partnership, and high-quality clinical work within a structured and supportive environment.
This role offers flexibility with hybrid scheduling options that include both in-person and telehealth services based on client needs, clinical appropriateness, and scheduling considerations. Cases are assigned based on clinician location whenever possible to support manageable scheduling and travel expectations.
BCaBAs work closely with BCBA leadership to support assessment, supervision, caregiver collaboration, skill acquisition programming, behavior reduction programming, and ongoing treatment implementation.
Full-time and part-time opportunities are available based on clinician availability, caseload needs, and scheduling preferences. Caseloads are intentionally designed to support quality care and sustainable clinical practice.

- Core Responsibilities
- Support RBTs with implementation of BCBA-developed and approved programs
- Model teaching procedures and behavior strategies during sessions
- Assist with RBT onboarding and case-specific training
- Conduct probes and assist with program updates under BCBA direction
- Review session data and prepare summaries for BCBA review
- Participate in caregiver collaboration and parent training support
- Collaborate with school staff using BCBA-approved goals and strategies
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
You will never be expected to operate outside your scope or comfort level.
Professional Role Boundaries To support ethical care and protect both clinicians and clients, BCaBAs in this role are not expected to independently conduct initial assessments, write or approve treatment plans or BIPs, authorize service hours, or make independent clinical decisions outside BCBA direction and oversight.
