Adelphi is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavior analysis services, functional behavior assessments, and intervention plans for students receiving special education services and MTSS support in a school in Little Rock, AR. The BCBA will oversee and direct the work of RBTs and behavior technicians, and collaborate with school leadership to implement effective behavior programs.

Requirements
- Current BCBA credentials through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Graduate degree in behavior analysis or completion of graduate coursework in behavior analysis
- Experience with K-12 educational programs preferred
- Ability to supervise and develop the professional skills of RBTs and behavior technicians
Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments for students requiring MTSS Tier 2 or 3 interventions or special education services
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized behavior intervention plans
- Participate in IEP and MTSS/SBIT meetings at the building level
- Oversee and mentor RBTs and positive behavior interventionists
- Collaborate with district leadership to develop and refine behavior programs
- Provide direct intervention for students with complex behavior challenges on a case-by-case basis
- Ensure compliance with all confidentiality and regulatory requirements
- Communicate progress and strategies to parents, teachers, and school staff
- Adhere to school calendar and billing procedures, including pre-approval for any overtime services
- Perform other duties as assigned
