COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Base salary

• $60,000 annually
• Encounter-based bonus structure
• 3% above baseline: $210 bonus
• 5% above baseline: $350 bonus
• 10% above baseline: $700 bonus

Requirements

• Active Texas LCSW license REQUIRED
• Comfortable working within school-based behavioral health environment REQUIRED
• Strong collaboration and communication skills REQUIRED
• Ability to work within team-based care model REQUIRED
• Bilingual Spanish skills preferred but not required
• Limited Spanish proficiency accepted per client notes
