Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) – Applied Behavior Analysis

  • Experience: 1+ year in youth-focused behavioral health. ✔
  • Education: High School Diploma required (Bachelor’s in a related field preferred). ✔
  • Mobility: Must be 21+ with a valid Driver’s License and an insured personal vehicle (meeting $100K/$300K coverage requirements) to transport youth. ✔
  • Clearances: Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR/First Aid, and a negative TB test. ✔

  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Compensation & Rewards We value the specialized skills you bring to our families. Initial Salary (First 60 Days): $38,000 – $42,000. Incentivized Growth: After probation, you’ll transition to a Base Salary + Pay-Per-Unit model. Units per Month Additional Pay per Unit 0–50 Base Pay Only 51–100 + $7.50/unit 101–125 + $7.75/unit 126–150 + $8.00/unit 151+ + $8.50/unit

  • 100 units = approx. 25 hours/week of face-to-face client time. Units may also be earned through care coordination and other approved tasks.
