Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required CDA or progress toward an ECE degree preferred Bilingual in Spanish preferred Experience with young children and effective classroom management Strong communication skills and a commitment to equity and confidentiality Must meet physical requirements, accommodations available Responsibilities: Assist with classroom routines (activities, meals, nap time, teacher breaks) Apply child-centered, Constructivist learning strategies Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Collaborate with staff and communicate positively with families Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance, plus 403b retirement plan Company paid long term disability and life insurance plans Monday-Friday work schedule with coaching and on-the-job training Paid time off and paid professional days Up to $750/semester for CDA tuition (OH residents, subject to funding) Why Join Us?
