- Step into the spotlight as a Behavior Technician (BT) at May Institute!
- As a BT at our West Springfield Center, you’ll provide one-on-one, evidence-based ABA therapy to help children develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills.
- You’ll implement individualized behavior support plans (BSPs) and assist in reducing challenging behaviors.
- You’ll collect data, track progress, and collaborate with supervisors (BCBAs) to ensure effective treatment.

- What You’ll Bring Valid U.S. driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving experience, paired with reliable transportation (travel is required) Experience: prior experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities Communication Mastery: communication and interpersonal skills Team Player: Seamlessly transition between working independently and collaborating within a team, ensuring collective success.
