Speech Language Pathologist- ESY

Jump Ahead Pediatrics is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to join our team near Tuckerton, NJ in a ESY school-based position! Join us in making a meaningful difference in every child’s developmental journey. We welcome Clinical Fellows and recent graduates, offering direct supervision and hands-on training to support your growth and success.

Position Details

Setting: School-Based Services (Pediatrics) Placement: Exclusive ESY school assignment — no travel required Hours: 8:30am-12:30pm Days: Monday-Thursday Pay Range: $60–$65 Dates: July 6th 2026-Aug 6th 2026 Clinical Fellows: Receive direct supervision

Responsibilities

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide therapy to support speech and language development Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to required guidelines
