Responsibilities

  • As a Twos Teacher, you will be given the tools, resources, and training to:
  • Guide children through daily routines while encouraging independence, confidence, and self-help skills.
  • Manage the Twos classroom while ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Create a welcoming, engaging, and positive classroom environment for children, families, and visitors.
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and learning experiences aligned with Celebree's curriculum and developmental goals.
  • Foster language development, social-emotional growth, and early problem-solving skills through purposeful play and exploration.
  • Support children as they learn to navigate friendships, express emotions appropriately, and build positive relationships.
  • Assist with potty-training readiness and partner with families to support consistency between home and school.
  • Ensure the classroom remains safe, clean, organized, and inviting for all children.
  • Accurately complete all required paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking.
  • Maintain open and professional communication with families regarding their child's development, milestones, and daily experiences.

Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
