Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Cocoa / Viera, FL Full-Time $22–$27/hr Make a meaningful impact every day. What You’ll Do

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2–21 Support skill development in communication, motor skills, social interaction, and self-regulation Implement treatment plans created by BCBAs Collect accurate session data and communicate progress Collaborate closely with a supportive clinical team

What We’re Looking For

Active RBT certification (required) High school diploma or equivalent Experience working with children or in ABA CPR/BLS certified (or willing to obtain within 30 days) Valid driver’s license and auto insurance Comfortable supporting children with behavioral challenges Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on the floor as needed Reliable, compassionate, and eager to learn
