Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Adult Services North Austin, TX | Full-Time Are you a BCBA who wants to make a meaningful impact beyond early intervention and pediatric clinic settings? While many ABA positions focus primarily on children, adult services offer a different kind of clinical experience. Instead of table programs and early childhood goals, you’ll help adults build practical life skills that directly improve daily living, employment readiness, social relationships, community integration, and long-term independence. About the Role

As a BCBA, you will provide clinical oversight and behavioral support for adults in community-based and center-based settings. Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior support plans Supervise and mentor staff implementing behavior programs Provide crisis prevention and behavior reduction strategies Develop programming focused on: Independent living skills Community integration Communication Vocational readiness Social and leisure skills Self-advocacy Analyze behavioral data and adjust treatment plans Collaborate with families, guardians, and interdisciplinary teams Ensure services align with ethical and best-practice ABA standards

Qualifications

Active BCBA certification Texas LBA or eligibility to obtain licensure Experience with adults or developmental disabilities preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Passion for person-centered ABA services Ability to work independently and collaboratively
