Community Based Support Professional / F.A.D.E. Associate - Santa Barbara

What is F.A.D.E.?

F.A.D.E. or Facilitating Alternative Day Environments and C.I.T.P. or Community Integration Training Program are our two community based day services where we assist adults with developmental disabilities to participate in the community and increase their accessibility to the workforce.

EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION • Locations

  • Santa Barbara
  • Part-Time: $20 / hour
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • $10/month cell phone stipend
  • Week
  • Days: Monday- Fridays

  • This includes assisting participants with transportation including their mobility aids such as wheel chairs (lifting to transfer participants will may be required)

  • Who we’re looking for
  • Someone who is compassionate with a people-oriented mindset
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
  • Responsible, and can assist in goal progress tracking
  • CPR / First Aid certification (Training will be provided if you’re not certified or need to be recertified)
  • Someone has some ASL experience (Not required but is a huge plus!)
  • Someone who loves being a cheerleader
