- Overview A professional family splitting time between Manhattan and Amagansett is seeking an experienced, proactive Nanny / Family Assistant to support their household and care for their bright, social two-year-old daughter.
- The family is looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with toddlers and has a strong understanding of child development, particularly as their daughter prepares to transition into preschool.
- This is a hybrid role for a nanny who can seamlessly balance exceptional childcare with light family assistant responsibilities.

- Details and Schedule: Full-time position based between Amagansett and Manhattan Monday–Friday, 9:30am–6:30pm Occasional flexibility to stay later in the evening when needed (typically once or twice per month) When additional evening hours are required, the nanny will be given a later start time the following day Family will be based in the Hamptons from July 1 through September 15, with the possibility of remaining through November due to construction in their Manhattan residence Position will begin in the Hamptons, with an anticipated start date in August or September, though the family is open to hiring sooner for the right candidate Family hopes to hire in June and can accommodate candidates who need to begin work within the next few weeks Current nanny is still in the role and can help facilitate a smooth transition Live-in accommodations provided while in the Hamptons Candidate may choose to live-in during the work week and commute home on Friday or remain in residence full-time while in the Hamptons Once the family transitions back to Manhattan, the position will become live-out

Qualifications
Educated, articulate, and professional Calm, emotionally intelligent, and proactive personality Comfortable working alongside parents who are frequently present in the home Organized and capable of independently managing schedules and activities Interested in discussing child development and partnering with parents on educational goals
Requirements
