• We're hiring coaches to lead classes, birthday parties, and camps for kids ages 6 weeks–10 years at My Gym Fairfield.
• COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE $19–$22/hr + tips Part-time and full-time positions available Consistent weekly schedule Year-round role - not seasonal WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE You'll lead structured fitness and movement classes - obstacle courses, gymnastics, games, and music - for kids at different developmental stages.
• You'll run birthday parties and camps, build genuine relationships with families, and occasionally support tours and the front desk.
• We fully train the right people, so prior My Gym experience isn't required.
