- Range: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 Salary/yearJoin NCSS as an Intake & Assessment Clinician and help children, youth, and families access the care and support they need. In this role, you will conduct intakes, assessments, and reassessments for youth in our Early Childhood and School Based Services Division while working closely with providers to support coordinated care and smooth transitions. Your work will ensure children and youth receive timely, compassionate, high-quality support from their first assessment through ongoing care. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive intakes, assessments, evaluations, and reassessments for children and youth. Help connect families with appropriate services, resources, and supports. Collaborate with clinicians, schools, and community partners to coordinate care and support successful transitions. Build and maintain strong relationships with families and service providers. Complete timely, accurate documentation to support service access, treatment planning, and continuity of care. This position follows a 200-day contract schedule that closely aligns with the school calendar, offering a work schedule that supports strong work-life balance while maintaining meaningful connections with schools, families, and community partners.
