Overview
RBTs work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism to assist with communication, socialization, and daily living skills using evidence-based therapies determined by formal assessments under the direct supervision of a BCBA. Responsibilities include delivering therapy, collecting accurate data during sessions, and proactively communicating with the supervising behavior analyst for feedback and direction.
