Overview

The Lead Therapist is responsible for implementing and overseeing treatment plans, ensuring the effectiveness of interventions, and providing guidance to Line Therapists. They must monitor client progress, adjust objectives as needed, and maintain consistent communication with parents and supervisors.

Tutors will provide academic support in Math (up to Algebra 2) and ELA for students in grades 1st through 10th, working with both small and large groups. Responsibilities also include adapting to new materials, maintaining communication with staff, and partnering with the Education team on learning strategies.
