Success Coach

The success coach will provide direct career coaching and employment support through one-On-One and group sessions covering job readiness, resume development, and job search strategies. Key duties include conducting intakes, developing individualized employment plans, offering post-Placement support, and maintaining accurate compliance documentation.

A high school diploma or ged is required for this role, along with a valid driver's license. Experience in career coaching, workforce development, or direct client services is preferred, alongside strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in microsoft office.
