Clinical Educator - Part Time

The clinical educator supports nursing and clinical staff through orientation, onboarding, and ongoing professional development by organizing continuing education programs, creating learning modules, and planning future educational initiatives under the direction of the chief nursing officer. This role also coordinates training for new equipment, maintains the web-Based policies platform, and facilitates nursing orientation to meet regulatory compliance.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a registered nurse, preferably with 5 or more years of bedside clinical experience in a hospital setting, along with previous experience in nursing education or clinical instruction. A required associate’s degree in nursing is necessary, though a bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with current instructor certifications like bls, acls, and pals.
