Youth Career Coach (Temporary)

The youth career coach assists youth in achieving stable employment and economic self-Sufficiency by providing comprehensive support services, job readiness training, and vocational/Post-Secondary guidance. Key duties involve interviewing participants, assessing barriers, developing action plans, administering career assessments, and making necessary referrals to specialized services.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in social work, guidance, counseling, or a related field, along with one to two years of experience in case management or a similar area. A valid michigan driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.
