Residential Counselor

The residential counselor acts as the primary caregiver, providing leadership and supervision to ensure the safety and security of the children within the cottage team structure. Responsibilities include assisting children with daily activities, setting boundaries, maintaining routines, and participating in treatment planning and documentation.

A high school diploma or ged is required, along with specific educational or experience qualifications such as a bachelor's degree, child development teaching permit, or relevant coursework/Certifications. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license, as driving is an essential function of the job.
