Inpatient E/M Hospitalist - Auditing/ Education Liaison

This role involves auditing and educating hospitalists/Nocturnists on compliant coding and billing documentation guidelines, performing individual and group documentation reviews to identify improvement opportunities. The incumbent will also assist with implementing physician-Led documentation courses and coordinate educational programming.

A minimum of an associate's degree is required, though a bachelor's is preferred, along with five years of progressive experience in outpatient physician documentation and risk adjustment, including at least two years in a multi-Specialty practice. Candidates must hold one of several specified coding or auditing certifications.
