Childcare Coordinator

The coordinator is responsible for managing childcare supplies, assigning team members for events, performing minimal laundry, and ensuring the cleanliness of the childcare space. A key focus is the discipleship of childcare team members through leading huddles, prayer, one-On-Ones, and team gatherings.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess three years of experience caring for children/Infants, along with a child first aid/Cpr certification (Which can be scheduled upon hire). Essential competencies include modeling the organization's values, maintaining strict confidentiality, strong communication, and demonstrating sound judgment.
