Before & After School Youth Care Professional

The youth development professional supports program delivery across five core areas by engaging members in safe, structured, and engaging activities under the site coordinator's direction. This role involves preparing materials, maintaining an orderly environment, modeling organizational values, and building supportive relationships with members and staff.

Candidates must be at least 17 years old and possess a high school diploma or ged equivalent, or be currently enrolled in high school; a minimum of 6 months of experience working with youth or teens is preferred. Successful applicants must also pass a drug screen, background check, and fingerprint check, and provide three professional references.
