Bilingual Chaplain

The chaplain is responsible for promoting a missionary mindset by building caring relationships with assigned employees and providing on-Call support to employees and owners. They must strive to build clear two-Way communication and trust while complying with directions from senior leadership.

Candidates need a minimum of 5-7 years of secular workplace experience, though a business degree can reduce this requirement, and a bachelor's degree in biblical studies is required, with a master of divinity preferred. Essential abilities include serving employees in crisis, practical problem-Solving, and proficiency with basic technology like computers, word, excel, the internet, and a cell phone.
