Collegeville- Teacher Assistant

The teacher assistant will be responsible for meeting the individual needs of children by providing high-Quality care and support, while implementing the play & learn curriculum to foster child development. Key duties include collaborating with the team to support families, maintaining a safe and engaging environment, and promoting a nurturing, multicultural atmosphere through art, music, and play.

Qualified candidates must possess two years of related child care experience or a child development associate (Cda) credential or six credits in early childhood education. Applicants must also be physically capable of engaging in physical activities, including lifting a minimum of 40 lbs, and must be passionate about building positive relationships with children and families.
