Lower School Lead Teacher

The lead teacher is primarily responsible for designing and delivering the classroom program and curriculum, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for students in a specific grade level (K-5). They must foster professional relationships with students, parents, and colleagues through clear and kind communication.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in education or a related field, with a master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 3 years of elementary or middle school teaching experience. Strong understanding of foundational skills, child development, and proficiency with educational technology and differentiated instruction are essential.
