Core responsibilities
The case manager will visit families twice weekly in a home setting to model and reinforce positive interaction between young children and their parents/Caregivers, supporting early literacy and school readiness. Responsibilities also include completing required weekly paperwork and attending mandatory supervisory and staff meetings.
Requirements summary
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent plus 5 years of human services experience is required, along with at least 1 year of experience working with young children and parents in a community-Based setting. Candidates must possess strong judgment, computer proficiency, excellent communication skills, and a valid nys driver's license.
