Career transition specialist

This role involves assisting separated or separating students by providing guidance, placement services (Employment, apprenticeship, education), and transition support, while establishing relationships with employers and community entities for successful career pathways. Responsibilities include coaching students on job searching, verifying placements, maintaining detailed case notes, and conducting follow-Up activities to ensure economic self-Sufficiency.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field like human services, education, or social science, or an associate's degree with two years of related experience. Mandatory requirements include intermediate proficiency in microsoft word, excel, and outlook, a valid driver's license with an acceptable record, and the ability to pass a background check and drug test.
