Early Elementary Teacher

Teachers will collaborate with a grade-Level team to plan and implement the curriculum, develop robust assessment practices, and manage student behavior using respectful and responsive strategies. Responsibilities also include modeling the school's mission, fostering a constructivist classroom community, and providing multi-Sensory reading instruction for emergent readers.

Applicants must possess a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, preferably as a head teacher. A commitment to equity and social justice, experience in collaborative curriculum development, and resonance with the school's mission are essential qualifications.
