Mental Health Coordinator - Stevens Ranch

The mental health coordinator supports the emotional, social, and behavioral well-Being of campers and staff by providing preventive guidance, crisis intervention, and ongoing support according to established policies and standards. This includes conducting daily wellness check-Ins, leading mental health training sessions, and maintaining necessary documentation within the camp setting.

Candidates must be at least 25 years old and preferably have education or experience in counseling, psychology, social work, or youth development, along with current cpr/First aid certification. Essential requirements include residing at the camp during sessions, passing background checks, possessing a valid driver's license, and the physical ability to respond quickly to crises and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
