Per Diem Job Coach (Sub) - Bronx

The job coach will manage a caseload of approximately 6 clients, primarily providing support in the field at their job sites. Essential duties include teaching and assisting new workers using demonstration, modeling, counseling, and observation techniques to ensure job success.

Candidates should ideally possess one year of experience working with individuals with disabilities and demonstrate flexibility to accommodate early morning, evening, or weekend hours. A high school diploma or ged is required, along with an understanding of person centered planning and strong communication skills.
