Pharmacy Intern

The pharmacy intern will engage in direct patient contact activities, including taking medication histories, participating in patient rounds, and providing patient drug education. They will also perform tasks related to the preparation and dispensing of medications while under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist.

Candidates must be currently enrolled in a college of pharmacy program and must obtain mn pharmacy intern registration within two months after completing one or more years of the program. Essential requirements include the ability to follow oral and written instructions and physical capabilities such as lifting up to 40 lbs and pushing or pulling up to 50 lbs.
