Registered Behavior Technician

The registered behavior technician will work one-On-One with children using evidence-Based aba techniques to teach essential skills, promote independence, and build confidence through fun, interactive activities. Responsibilities include implementing behavior plans, monitoring outcomes, collecting data, and communicating progress with analysts and families.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and be required to obtain registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification within 30 days of employment. Reliable transportation is necessary as the role involves working in in-Home settings and physically engaging with children.
