Registered Behavior Technician

The registered behavior technician will deliver one-On-One direct aba treatment to clients to increase skills and decrease problem behaviors, working closely with the supervising behavior analyst to ensure high-Quality service delivery. Responsibilities also include supporting parent and caregiver training, collecting data, documenting client records, and communicating progress to relevant parties.

Candidates should possess registered behavior technician certification, preferably with 1-2 years of experience working with children and at least 1 year of aba experience, along with a bachelor's degree in a related field being preferred. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, strong communication skills, and the ability to pass a background check are mandatory.
