Youth Sports Official – SOCCER Must be 16+ to apply | Weekend Availability Required
Position Overview We are seeking energetic and reliable Soccer Officials who are passionate about creating a fun, engaging, and high-quality experience for players, coaches, and families. This is a weekend-only position, perfect for individuals who enjoy staying active and being part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Key Responsibilities
- Officiate Soccergames with a focus on fairness, safety, and fun
- Create a positive and engaging environment for players, coaches, and parents
- Keep games on schedule and support overall game flow
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with coaches, players, and fellow officials
- Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth and organized game day
- Stay active and involved on the field throughout your shift
- Assist with light setup, transitions, and general game day support
- What We’re Looking For
- Must be 16+
- Weekend availability is required
- Basic knowledge of Soccer preferred (training provided)
- Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working with kids and engaging with families
- Strong communication skills and the ability to stay composed
- Motivated, energetic, and able to stay active for extended periods
