Lead teachers are expected to inspire learning by using an engaging curriculum and personal creativity to plan meaningful, hands-On experiences for children. Responsibilities also include supporting every child through balanced classroom management and individualized care, and building relationships with families through daily communication.

Minimum qualifications require a high school diploma/Ged, at least 18 years of age, and experience teaching in a licensed preschool, along with fluency in both spanish and english. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a cda certification, potentially combined with specific years of childcare or montessori experience.
