Registered Behavior Technician - RBT/BT - Full-Time

The role involves supporting individuals with autism by teaching daily living and social skills using evidence-Based behavior treatments, while also collecting and summarizing unbiased data during sessions. Responsibilities include implementing therapy designed by a bcba and proactively communicating with the clinical team and families to support client needs.

Candidates must possess a high-School diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old, with reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and insurance for in-Home services. New hires must be eligible to attend and pass the rbt exam within 45 days of hire after completing paid training.
