Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will work with children aged 18 months to school age who have autism and special needs, providing support in homes or centers. Responsibilities include gaining training in aba and creating positive, lasting change for children and their families.

Candidates must possess a genuine desire to help children with autism, along with compassion, empathy, and reliability, and must be willing to learn about aba. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, being at least 18 years old, eligibility to work in the us, a consistent weekly schedule availability, passing a background check, and having reliable transportation.
