Clinical Staff Development Specialist (RN)

This role enhances staff practice through learning and growth to support optimal patient care by ensuring the effective implementation and continuous improvement of key nursing professional development processes like onboarding and competency management. The specialist designs frameworks for these processes, integrates system-Wide initiatives, and advocates for npd as a nursing specialty.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in nursing or a master's/Ph.d. In healthcare, education, or a clinical field, with a master's strongly preferred, alongside an active rn license in texas or a compact state. Required qualifications also include basic life support certification and at least three years of experience providing clinical education across multiple units.
