Ready to place teachers (Rpts) are hired proactively to prepare for future classroom openings, working with leadership and grade-Level peers to map out schedules and prepare for the school year. Responsibilities include assuming classroom teacher duties when a vacancy arises, creating an engaging learning environment, implementing a proven curriculum, analyzing student data, and collaborating professionally with staff.
