Physical Therapist

Physical therapists will develop individualized, evidence-Based care plans for patients and deliver high-Quality, outcomes-Driven therapy services. They are expected to collaborate with peers in a team environment and build lasting connections with patients and local providers.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (Dpt or equivalent) and possess an active ohio physical therapist license or be eligible for one. New graduates are encouraged to apply, with support provided through structured onboarding and mentorship.
