Floating Services Coordinator (Sunny Meadows)

The floating services coordinator is responsible for delivering educational, health, wellness, and asset-Building programming across multiple sites while conducting outreach to promote available services. This role also involves preparing required documentation, providing low-To-Moderate crisis intervention, and engaging property partners to support community goals.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged plus one year of experience in community development or social services, with progress toward a college degree preferred. Essential qualifications include strong customer service, discretion, organizational skills, excellent communication across language barriers, and the ability to pass a background check and maintain a valid california driver's license.
