KROC Academy Counselor (4276)

This role involves implementing, monitoring, and leading children in kroc academy after-School programs, camps, activities, and events while serving as a youth mentor focused on academic success, recreation, healthy lifestyles, and good character. Responsibilities also include maintaining a professional relationship with participants and families and ensuring the security, safety, cleanliness, and hygiene of all campers.

A high school diploma or ged is required, with a preference for six months of experience supervising children in a camp, school, or community center setting. Candidates must also meet attendance requirements and be able to participate in various physical activities like running, jumping, throwing, and catching a ball.
