Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

As an rbt, you will deliver one-On-One aba therapy to children and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement personalized therapy plans. You will also document and track each child's development to contribute to their customized therapy programs.

The role requires physical capabilities such as lifting over 50 lbs and the ability to sustain impacts to the body. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are preferred, and candidates will undergo a background check and drug test upon hire.
