Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

As an rbt at lighthouse, you will deliver one-On-One aba therapy to children and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement personalized therapy plans. You will also document and track each child's development to contribute to their customized therapy programs.

Candidates must be able to lift and carry more than 50 lbs and sustain physical impact. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are preferred, and safety checks will be conducted at the time of hire.
