Talent Development Specialist

The specialist will facilitate and train team members on service, operational skills, sales techniques, and compliance using various effective training methods. They are responsible for developing and maintaining all course content, educational materials, and adherence to established instructional design and testing procedures.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of experience as a talent development coordinator or similar role, plus one year developing curriculum for other trainers. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in instructional design or organizational development and relevant professional certification.
