Core responsibilities

The lead teacher is responsible for developing and implementing play-Based, age-Appropriate lesson plans that foster physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development while maintaining a positive and safe classroom culture. This role also involves observing and assessing child progress, managing classroom behavior using positive guidance, and maintaining daily communication with parents and families.

Requirements summary

Candidates must demonstrate experience working with young children in a licensed early childhood education setting and possess knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices. Additional requirements include strong communication skills, the ability to meet physically demanding job requirements (Including lifting up to 65lbs), willingness to undergo background checks, and possessing or obtaining cpr/First aid certification.
