Job description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated CCC-SLP to join our growing telehealth team, providing high-quality speech therapy services to pediatric patients. This role is ideal for clinicians who are experienced in virtual care and passionate about helping children thrive in a remote setting.
This position requires a minimum of one (1) year of direct pediatric telehealth experience. Candidates without hands-on experience delivering therapy to children via virtual platforms will not be considered.
As a Pediatric Telehealth SLP, you will work with children across a variety of age groups to improve speech, language, and communication skills while supporting their overall cognitive, sensory, and emotional development.

COMPENSATION • Monolingual Therapists
- $30 per 30-minute session
- $80 per evaluation
- Bilingual
- Therapists:
- $40 per 30-minute session
- $90 per evaluation
- Additional
- Pay:
- For services provided on Saturdays or Sundays we will pay an additional $5/session

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Assessments
- Conduct comprehensive pediatric evaluations via telehealth to determine individualized therapy needs
- Treatment
- Planning: Develop and implement customized, goal-oriented therapy plans based on assessments and family input
- Therapeutic
- Intervention: Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech therapy sessions in a virtual environment
- Family
- Support: Coach and educate caregivers on strategies to reinforce progress at home and in daily routines
- Progress
- Monitoring: Track, document, and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing patient progress
- Collaboration: Partner with interdisciplinary professionals (e.g., OTs, PTs, pediatricians) to ensure coordinated care
- Education: Provide families with tools and strategies to support communication and functional independence
- Technology
- Management: Effectively utilize telehealth platforms and maintain accurate, compliant documentation

- Required qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) – Required
- Minimum of one (1) year of direct pediatric telehealth experience (REQUIRED)
- Demonstrated success engaging pediatric patients in a virtual therapy setting
- Strong technical proficiency with telehealth platforms and digital tools
