The behavior technician will work with children aged 18 months to school age who have autism and special needs, providing support in their homes or company centers. Responsibilities include gaining training in aba and creating positive, lasting change for the children and their families.

Candidates must possess a genuine desire to help children with autism achieve goals, along with characteristics like compassion, empathy, and reliability, although specific prior experience is not required. Essential requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, being at least 18 years old, eligibility to work in the us, a consistent weekly schedule availability, and reliable transportation.
