Pilates Instructor

Pilates instructors are responsible for developing safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs to achieve goals and retain clients, while monitoring and instructing clients on the safe and effective use of equipment during training sessions. They must also conduct fitness consultations, instruct both private and group classes, and promote training programs and classes to members.

A high school diploma or ged is required, along with at least one year of personal training experience and specific certification and training in pilates, including mat, reformer, tower, chair, and barrels. Candidates must also maintain cpr and aed certifications.
